Returns:


Due to safety concerns, we do not accept returns on edible products. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it for a refund/exchange. Our Customer Service team must approve all refund requests. Refunds exclude shipping costs.

Damaged Items:


We carefully package orders to ensure they arrive in the best condition. Unfortunately, handling during shipment is out of our control, and on rare occasions, orders get damaged. We offer a total replacement for products that are too damaged for consumption. To file a claim for a damaged item, please email us at info@coolbitesfactory.com. Please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging to support your claim and determine eligibility for replacement. Please be aware that these conditions are subject to change without notice.

 

We ship Monday-Friday, except on Holidays! We reserve all right to modify or change our days of operation.
